Your Personal Information

When you create a Chirpsy user account, we collect account information including but not limited to your first name, last name, organization, email address, website address, Twitter account, and writing guidelines that inform us about your microblogging intentions. Our policy is:

Payments Information

Chirpsy accepts payments using a third-party payments processor called Braintree. We do not store any payments information, such as credit card numbers. Braintree manages all of that information for us.

Aggregate Information

While we safeguard and regard as confidential all user data, we do reserve the right to disclose information about our system in aggregate, such that we do not release any information that would specifically identify a person. For example, we may disclose information such as the average number of tweets generated per customer each day or how many articles were reviewed last week.

Cookies and Log Files

The website sends a “cookie” to your computer that contains an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. We use this cookie to provide you with a continuous experience, and for us to record how our site/service is being used.

As is done with most web sites, we log each visit to each web page.
